This leads to high moral that makes the employees want to remain in that organization which is referred to as low turnover. Low turnover levels is one of the elements that help boost the company’s reputation and image. The organization also enjoys a reduction in the cost they would have to incur in insurance and legal fees in compensation employees who develop issues in the course of duty. This is because the use of ergonomic products uses the prevention approach which is more proactive than reacting to problems ones they occur.
